Dean Joseph Norris is an American actor. He is best known for his role as DEA agent Hank Schrader on the AMC drama series Breaking Bad . He also played James "Big Jim" Rennie on the CBS series Under the Dome . He has appeared in movies such as Lethal Weapon 2 , Hard To Kill , Total Recall , Terminator 2: Judgment Day , Starship Troopers , The Cell , Little Miss Sunshine , Evan Almighty and The Book of Henry .
