If you are wondering what, the heck, are EVs, how do you get them, or what to even do with them, then you're in the right place! EVs, formally known as Effort Values, are stats that boost the main stat of it's category (HP, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, and Speed). EVs are obtained by defeating Pokémon.
