Item Locations are preset arrangements of every item in the Granny 3. These items always spawn in the same place each game, regardless of the current preset. Presets are manually placed arrangements of select items in the game. When you first boot up the game, you will always receive Preset 1, and the game will then numerically cycle through the next five Presets every game, which will then loop back to Preset 1 (ex: Preset 5 > Preset 6 > Preset 1).
