Pierce Brosnan (born 16 May 1953) is an Irish actor. He portrayed Kent Nelson/Doctor Fate in Black Adam. He was interviewed for the documentary Black Adam: Saviour or Destroyer?. Pierce Brosnan was inspired to take the role of Doctor Fate, after watching Benedict Cumberbatch's performance as Doctor Strange in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
