This Raikou is an electric-type Legendary Pokémon that appeared in The Legend of Thunder. It intended to protect the Electric-type Pokémon from Team Rocket Attila and Hun. But the two waiting for Raikou prepared an ambush using a crystal with power to control the electricity. Raikou tried to destroy the crystal, but it failed and ended up very injured from battling with Attila's Skarmory and Hun's Steelix.
