Riyaku is an NPC that is downed outside of Kiribating Village. Zuko's Subordinates guard her as she is downed to the left outside Kiribating Village. She is of importance when doing Somi's second quest. When dropped, there is a five second cooldown before Riyaku teleports to her initial downed location. Riyaku cannot be revived with additional HP as she is purposely downed for Somi's quest. If the quest for rescuing Riyaku isn't active, delivering her to Somi won't reward you anything.
