Sayer, known as Divine in the Japanese version, is a major antagonist in Season 1 of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. He is a man with psychic abilities similar to Akiza and the true leader and creator of an organization called the Arcadia Movement. He is also Misty Tredwell's true archenemy for killing her brother Toby and also the archenemy of Carly Carmine for murdering her. He is currently imprisoned in the Facility by Sector Security after he was revived and his crimes were revealed. He was voiced by Masaya
