Seishuu Handa (半田清舟, Handa Seishū), born Sei (清, Sei) is a male protagonist of Barakamon. He is a 23-year-old calligrapher who is forced to move to the Goto Islands on the westernmost edge of Japan after causing a scandal by assaulting a respected art critic.
